Alcatel Unlock Instructions

Read First:

Please make sure to read all of these instructions. Failure to do so can cause your phone to be hardlocked and never be able to be unlocked.

If the code does not work, please DO NOT keep trying to use the code. See the troubleshooting section below and contact us!

Code Format:

You will receive your code in the following format:

1234567890, 1234567890, 1234567890, 1234567890

If you have only 5 attempts or lower, please only use the first code. This is to avoid using up your attempts.

How to Unlock:

1. Turn on your phone with a non accepted SIM card
2. Phone will prompt for the unlock code
3. Enter the unlock code provided
4. Your phone is unlocked!

 *Please only use the first & third Code, contact us if you are having issues

Alternate Method:

1. Turn on your phone without a SIM card
2. Compose: *#0000*CODE# and the unlock code provided
3. Then Compose: *#0001*CODE# and the unlock code provided
4. Your phone is unlocked!

How to Unlock Alcatel 531 & 535

1. Turn ON your phone without SIM Card inserted.
2. Press * and without releasing, type 787292.
3. A new menu "Unlock Network" will appear, then select "YES".
4. Enter the Code.

Troubleshooting:

If your code does not work, please email back and provide us the following information:

Dial *#06# and double check the IMEI.

Also, please provide the Provider ID from the back of your Alcatel phone above your IMEI number. It looks like 9999X-9XXXXX9.

Please type ***#837# or **#3228#. Your phone will provide you with a lot of alphanumeric characters
If you can find any lines that start with X, please send us that.

If you cannot find any that start with X, please contact us.
